We are seeking a skilled and experienced Digital Community Manager to join our team in El-Fujairah, UAE. As a Digital Community Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing our online community, engaging with our audience, and driving brand awareness and loyalty.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective digital community management strategies to increase engagement and interaction with our audience.
- Monitor social media platforms and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner.
- Create engaging content for social media channels that aligns with the brand's voice and values.
- Collaborate with marketing and PR teams to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
- Identify trends, insights, and opportunities for growth within the online community.
- Plan and execute online events, contests, and campaigns to engage with the audience.
- Analyze social media metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Digital Community Manager or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus).
- Proven ability to create engaging content that resonates with the target audience.
- Experience managing online communities for brands or organizations.
- Ability to analyze data and use insights to inform strategies.
- Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Preference will be given to candidates who have:
- Experience working in the UAE or Middle East region.
