Advocate vacancy in El-Fujairah UAE

Contract Advocate (Indian/Malayalee)
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Contract Advocate to join our team in El-Fujairah, UAE. In this role, you will be responsible for providing legal advice and representation to clients on all aspects of contract law. As an Indian or Malayalee advocate, you will have a deep understanding of the legal system in the UAE and be able to effectively communicate with clients in English. This is a contract position and accommodation will not be provided.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice and representation to clients on all aspects of contract law
- Review, draft, and negotiate contracts on behalf of clients
- Conduct legal research and stay updated on relevant laws and regulations
- Represent clients in court proceedings related to contract disputes
- Communicate effectively with clients in English
- Maintain accurate and organized case files

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Law from an accredited university
- At least 5 years of experience as an Advocate specializing in contract law
- Deep understanding of the legal system in the UAE
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple cases simultaneously
- Indian or Malayalee nationality preferred
- Must be able to work on a contract basis without accommodation provided.
