Contract Secretary for Indian Expats in Dibba-El-Fujairah, UAE
We are currently seeking a highly organized and efficient Contract Secretary to join our team in Dibba-El-Fujairah, UAE. This position is ideal for Indian expats who are looking for an English speaking job with accommodation, free visa and ticket.
As a Contract Secretary, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the company's operations through tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, and maintaining records. You will work closely with various departments to ensure smooth communication and efficient functioning of the office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all incoming and outgoing communication, including phone calls, emails, and letters
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for the team
- Prepare and distribute meeting agendas and take minutes during meetings
- Maintain company records and file documents as needed
- Coordinate travel arrangements for employees as required
- Assist with budget planning and expense tracking
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels
- Provide general administrative support to all departments as needed
Requirements:
- Fluency in English (spoken and written)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent organizational skills with ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong communication skills
- Preference will be given to Indian expats living in Dibba-el-Fujairah or willing to relocate
