Construction Manager

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Construction Manager to oversee and manage our construction projects in the beautiful city of Dibba-El-Fujairah, located in the United Arab Emirates. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and supervising all aspects of the construction process, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion.

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans and schedules, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget
- Oversee the selection of contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Monitor progress and performance of construction teams, ensuring quality workmanship and compliance with safety regulations
- Manage project budgets, including reviewing and approving expenditures
- Communicate with clients, providing regular updates on project progress
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during construction
- Ensure compliance with building codes and other relevant regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Proven experience as a Construction Manager in a fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and equipment
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proactive problem solver
- Proficiency in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus)
