We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Legal Adviser to join our team in Abu-Dhabi on a contract basis. As a Legal Adviser, you will be responsible for providing legal advice and support to our clients in various matters. This role is open to all nationalities, however, fluency in English is required.

Key responsibilities:
- Providing legal counsel and guidance to clients on various legal matters
- Reviewing and drafting legal documents such as contracts, agreements, and policies
- Conducting legal research and staying updated with changes in laws and regulations
- Representing clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings
- Ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Law or relevant field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Legal Adviser or similar role
- Excellent knowledge of UAE laws and regulations
- Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
