Industrial Engineer

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Indian Industrial Engineer to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE on a contract basis. As an Industrial Engineer, you will be responsible for optimizing production processes and systems in order to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and increase productivity. This is an urgent position, and the ideal candidate must have previous experience in a similar role.

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze production processes and identify areas for improvement
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize production efficiency
- Utilize data analysis tools to track and report on production performance
- Identify potential cost-saving opportunities within the production process
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements
- Monitor production KPIs and make necessary adjustments to meet targets
- Ensure compliance with company standards and safety regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Industrial Engineer
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written)
- Experience working on contract-based projects is preferred
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
