Project Manager - Zayed City, UAE (Pakistani Nationality Preferred)


We are seeking an experienced and motivated Project Manager to join our team in Zayed City, UAE. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing all aspects of our projects from conception to completion. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and team members to ensure timely and successful project delivery.

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budget
- Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements and provide updates on project status
- Manage project resources and assign tasks to team members
- Conduct regular team meetings to discuss project progress and address any issues or concerns
- Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards
- Handle any changes or modifications to the project scope
- Prepare reports on project progress for management review

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Urdu or Hindi is a plus)
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Microsoft Project or Primavera P6
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
