Contract Secretary
We are looking for an experienced Contract Secretary to join our team in Yanbu, Saudi Arabia. As a Contract Secretary, you will be responsible for providing administrative and secretarial support to our company on a contract basis. This is a perfect opportunity for someone who is looking for a flexible work arrangement and has previous experience as a secretary.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain all office documentation, including contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
- Schedule meetings and appointments for the company's executives.
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Answer and direct phone calls.
- Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary.
- Keep track of contract deadlines and ensure timely completion.
- Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and organizing.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a secretary or in a similar role.
- Excellent time-management skills to handle multiple tasks within tight deadlines.
- Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Arabic (preferred but not required).
