Logistics Coordinator - Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (Egyptian Nationals Preferred)


We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is open to Egyptian nationals who are looking for a full-time job without the requirement of English proficiency or prior experience in the field. Accommodation will not be provided.

As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing all aspects of logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management. Your main goal will be to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods and materials while maintaining cost-effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and schedule shipments according to customer requirements and company policies
- Communicate with suppliers, carriers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse team for stock replenishment
- Prepare necessary shipping documentation and maintain accurate records
- Monitor transportation costs, negotiate rates with carriers, and implement cost-saving measures
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and carriers to ensure smooth logistics operations
- Resolve any issues or delays in shipments by proactively identifying solutions

Requirements:
- Egyptian nationality preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in logistics or supply chain management is a plus
- Proven experience in logistics coordination or related field preferred but not required
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of logistics software is a plus
