We are seeking a talented and experienced Indian wedding planner to join our team in Medina, Saudi Arabia. As a wedding planner, you will be responsible for coordinating and organizing all aspects of weddings for our clients, ensuring that their special day is executed flawlessly. Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to discuss their wedding vision and preferences
- Research and recommend vendors, venues, and other services based on client's budget and needs
- Create detailed timelines and itineraries for the wedding day
- Collaborate with vendors to negotiate contracts and finalize details
- Oversee the setup and execution of the wedding day, ensuring everything runs smoothly
- Handle any issues or emergencies that may arise during the event
- Provide exceptional customer service to create a positive experience for clients

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a wedding planner or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of Indian wedding traditions, customs, and rituals
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Flexibility to work long hours, including weekends and evenings
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Must be an Indian national currently living in Medina or willing to relocate
