Indian IT Manager

We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Indian Information Technology Manager to join our team in Umm-Salal, Qatar. As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our company's information technology systems and operations. This includes implementing new technologies, maintaining existing systems, and ensuring the security and efficiency of our network.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure the security and functionality of our systems
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and upgrades of hardware and software
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Manage a team of IT professionals to ensure tasks are completed efficiently
- Stay updated on new technologies and make recommendations for improvements to current systems
- Conduct regular system audits to identify potential vulnerabilities or areas for improvement

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in an IT management role
- Strong knowledge of network security protocols and best practices
- Experience with system administration, database management, and cloud computing
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to work full time without accommodation in Umm-Salal, Qatar
