Merchandiser
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Merchandiser to join our team in Al-Kuwait, Kuwait. As a Merchandiser, your main responsibility will be to monitor and manage the presentation and placement of products in our stores to attract customers and drive sales. This job is open to Africans and Malayalees who have a passion for merchandising and excellent communication skills in English. This is a part-time position with the potential for full-time employment in the future.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute product displays in stores to maximize visibility and appeal
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with suppliers to ensure timely replenishment
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop promotional strategies for featured products
- Conduct market research to identify customer preferences and trends
- Train store staff on product knowledge and visual merchandising techniques
- Maintain accurate records of store layout, inventory, and sales data
- Ensure compliance with company standards for product placement, pricing, and signage

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred
- Proven experience as a Merchandiser or similar role
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus
- Ability to work part-time hours, including evenings and weekends if needed
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Prior retail experience is preferred but not required
