Motion Graphics Designer

We are seeking a creative and talented Motion Graphics Designer to join our team in Ar-Ruwais, Qatar. As a Motion Graphics Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and engaging motion graphics for various projects. This is an ideal opportunity for a Malayalee with experience in motion graphics design to showcase their skills and contribute to the growth of our company.

Responsibilities:
- Design and create motion graphics for video projects, including but not limited to explainer videos, social media ads, and promotional videos
- Collaborate with team members to conceptualize and develop creative ideas
- Ensure consistency of brand messaging and visual style across all projects
- Stay updated on industry trends and techniques to continuously improve design skills
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to understand project requirements and deliver satisfactory results

Requirements:
- Fluency in English is preferred
- Must be a Malayalee or have knowledge of Malayalam language/culture
- Minimum 2 years of experience in motion graphics design
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop
- Strong understanding of design principles such as composition, color theory, typography, etc.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Excellent time management skills
- Must have own visa/residency permit for employment
- Part-time availability is also welcome
