We are seeking a talented and creative Art Director to join our team in Ar-Ruwais, Qatar. This is a contract position suitable for men with a biometric passport. The ideal candidate should be a fluent Malayalee speaker, with a passion for art and design.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee all visual aspects of our projects
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop innovative concepts and designs
- Direct photo and video shoots, ensuring the final product meets our standards
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate them into our work
- Provide guidance and feedback to designers, photographers, and other team members

Requirements:
- Fluent in Malayalee with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proven experience as an Art Director or in a similar role
- Creative mindset with a strong eye for detail
- Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and motivate team members
- Excellent time management skills
- Biometric passport is required
