Job Title: Multinational House Manager

We are looking for a skilled and experienced House Manager to oversee the daily operations of a prestigious multinational household in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As the House Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the household, including supervising staff, maintaining the property, and ensuring the comfort and satisfaction of the residents.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise all household staff, including housekeepers, cooks, gardeners, etc.
- Create schedules for staff and ensure proper coverage at all times
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff
- Maintain the household budget and handle all financial transactions related to the household
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs and maintenance of the property
- Ensure that all supplies are stocked and available at all times
- Oversee household events and functions, including guest management and event planning
- Manage household inventory, including valuable items such as artwork or antiques
- Communicate effectively with residents to ensure their needs are met at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a House Manager in a similar setting
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to manage a multicultural team
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles
- Ability to work flexible hours as needed
- Must be able to work legally in Qatar with visa sponsorship
