We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Hotel Maintenance Engineer to join our team in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As a Hotel Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and upkeep of all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in the hotel. This role requires strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and repair any issues that may arise.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine inspections of all hotel systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical.
- Perform preventative maintenance tasks on equipment to ensure optimal functioning.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and staff.
- Troubleshoot and repair any issues with hotel systems in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities performed.
- Coordinate with external contractors for more complex repairs or installations.
- Monitor energy consumption levels and make recommendations for energy conservation initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel maintenance or a similar role.
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical manuals.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Good communication skills to coordinate with staff and external contractors.

Preferred:
- Previous experience working in the hospitality industry.
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations in Qatar.
