Art Director (Indian or Egyptian) - Contract

We are seeking an experienced and talented Art Director to join our team in Al-Khor, Qatar. As an Art Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the artistic direction and visual elements of our projects. This includes managing a team of designers, collaborating with other departments, and ensuring that our designs meet the standards of our clients.

Requirements:
- Must be an Indian or Egyptian national
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous work as an Art Director
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite
- Ability to work on a contract basis
- Must have a valid biometric passport

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of designers to ensure high-quality design work
- Collaborate with other departments to develop creative strategies for projects
- Provide guidance and feedback to designers to improve their skills
- Create concepts and designs for various projects, including print, digital, and social media
- Present designs to clients and make necessary revisions based on feedback
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate them into our designs
