African Contract Accountant in Doha, Qatar


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced African Accountant to join our team in Doha, Qatar on a contract basis. This is a great opportunity for an individual who is looking for a challenging and dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain financial records, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other financial reports
- Conduct monthly and yearly closing processes
- Analyze financial statements to identify discrepancies and resolve any issues
- Assist with budget planning and forecasting
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Ensure compliance with local tax laws and regulations
- Provide financial advice to management on business decisions

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance from an accredited university
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Accountant, preferably in the Middle East region
- Experience working on contracts preferred
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software programs
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
