Supply Manager - Indian Nationals (Ras-al-Khaimah, UAE)


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supply Manager to join our team in Ras-al-Khaimah, UAE. This is a full-time position suitable for Indian nationals with excellent English communication skills.

As the Supply Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the procurement of goods and services for our company. You will work closely with suppliers to negotiate contracts and ensure timely delivery of high-quality products. Your strong negotiation skills and attention to detail will be key in maintaining cost-effective purchasing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies to meet business objectives
- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate contracts, and maintain relationships
- Monitor inventory levels and manage supply chain risks
- Oversee logistics operations, including transportation and warehousing
- Analyze market trends and make recommendations for cost savings
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize supply chain processes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management or related field
- Proven experience as a Supply Manager or similar role
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills in English
- Knowledge of procurement systems and procedures
- Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
