English Speaking Moderator (Pakistani) in Ras-al-Khaimah, UAE


We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic English Speaking Moderator to join our team in Ras-al-Khaimah, UAE. As a Moderator, you will be responsible for monitoring and managing online discussions and forums, ensuring that they adhere to our community guidelines and policies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact for community members, addressing their questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitor discussions and user-generated content on various platforms, including social media, forums, and chat rooms.
- Enforce community guidelines by removing any inappropriate or offensive content.
- Collaborate with other moderators to ensure consistency in moderation practices.
- Proactively identify potential issues or conflicts within the community and take appropriate action to resolve them.
- Provide regular reports on community activity and feedback to management.

Requirements:
- Fluency in English is a must. Knowledge of Urdu or other languages is an advantage.
- Prior experience as a moderator or in customer service is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Passion for online communities and a strong understanding of social media platforms.
