We are currently seeking experienced Loaders to join our team in Ras-al-Khaimah, UAE. As a Loader, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently loading and unloading materials onto trucks and other vehicles. This is a physically demanding role that requires excellent coordination and communication skills.

Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy machinery such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and cranes to load/unload materials
- Ensure proper placement of materials on trucks to maximize space and maintain balance
- Secure loads with straps or chains to prevent shifting during transport
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all safety protocols at all times
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure efficient workflow

Requirements:
- Prior experience as a Loader or in a similar role is preferred
- Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs)
- Strong coordination skills with the ability to operate heavy machinery safely
- Good communication skills in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus)
- Must have own visa for employment in the UAE
- Pakistani or African nationality preferred
- Must be willing to work without accommodation provided by the company
