Job Title: Supply Manager

As a Supply Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the procurement and distribution of goods and materials for our company in Jabal-Ali, UAE. Your primary goal will be to ensure that our supply chain runs smoothly and efficiently, meeting the demands of our customers while also managing costs.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency and minimize costs
- Source and negotiate with suppliers to secure the best prices and terms for goods and services
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with production teams to ensure timely delivery of materials
- Analyze market trends and make recommendations for adjustments in procurement strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast demand and plan accordingly
- Maintain accurate records of all purchasing activities, including contracts, invoices, and delivery schedules
- Identify potential risks in the supply chain process and develop contingency plans
- Monitor supplier performance to ensure quality standards are met

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or related field
- Proven experience as a Supply Manager or similar role
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Strong analytical abilities
- Familiarity with supply chain management software
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in other languages is a plus
