Seasonal Work Coordinator


We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Seasonal Work Coordinator to join our team in Jabal-Ali, UAE. As a coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the recruitment and placement of seasonal workers, specifically targeting Malayalees with English language proficiency. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in seasonal work and knowledge of the Malayalee community.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with employers to understand their seasonal staffing needs
- Advertise job openings and conduct interviews for potential candidates
- Screen resumes and conduct reference checks
- Manage the onboarding process for selected candidates
- Provide orientation and training to new hires
- Monitor worker performance and address any issues or concerns
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Maintain accurate records of employee information and documentation
- Facilitate communication between employers and employees
- Arrange accommodation for workers as needed

Requirements:
- Fluency in English is required, knowledge of Malayalam is a plus
- Previous experience in coordinating or managing seasonal workers
- Familiarity with the Malayalee community
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Must have own visa or be eligible for employment visa in UAE
