Maintenance Specialist - Jabal-Ali, UAE

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Specialist to join our team in Jabal-Ali, UAE. As a Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and maintenance of all equipment and facilities in our company. This is a full-time position, with no accommodation provided.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to identify any maintenance needs
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as changing filters, lubricating parts, and replacing worn-out components
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with equipment and perform necessary repairs
- Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, including completed tasks and upcoming maintenance schedules
- Collaborate with other team members to prioritize and efficiently complete maintenance tasks
- Monitor inventory levels of spare parts and equipment to ensure availability when needed
- Adhere to all company safety procedures while performing maintenance tasks

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Maintenance Specialist or similar role
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems and electrical wiring
- Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
- Ability to read technical manuals and schematics
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail
- Good communication skills in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus)
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects when needed
