Security Specialist - Full Time (Malayalees Preferred)


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Specialist to join our team in El-Fujairah, UAE. This position is open to Malayalees who hold their own visa and are looking for a full-time job.

As a Security Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our company's assets, employees, and clients. Your primary duties will include developing and implementing security protocols, conducting risk assessments, monitoring security systems, and responding to any security incidents.

To excel in this role, you must have a strong background in security operations and possess excellent problem-solving skills. You should also have excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with team members and clients.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement security protocols to protect company assets
- Conduct regular risk assessments and make recommendations for improvements
- Monitor security systems including CCTV cameras, access control systems, etc.
- Respond to any security incidents and take appropriate action
- Review and update company policies related to security procedures
- Train employees on security protocols and emergency procedures
- Collaborate with external agencies such as law enforcement or fire department if needed
- Conduct investigations into any breaches or incidents

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Security Specialist or similar role
- Experience with conducting risk assessments and developing security protocols
- Knowledge of CCTV systems, access control systems, and other security equipment
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think quickly under pressure
- Excellent communication skills in English (Malayalam proficiency preferred)
- Must hold own visa in UAE
