Mediator for Contract Negotiations (Preference for Indian Nationals)


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mediator to join our team in El-Fujairah, UAE. As a Mediator, your primary responsibility will be to facilitate contract negotiations between parties in a fair and impartial manner.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting mediation sessions with individuals or groups to resolve disputes and reach mutually beneficial agreements.
- Assisting parties in identifying their interests and needs, and finding common ground for resolution.
- Maintaining neutrality and impartiality throughout the mediation process.
- Providing guidance on legal issues related to the contract negotiations.
- Ensuring that all parties comply with any agreements reached during mediation.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in law or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Mediator or in a similar role.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to remain neutral and calm under pressure.
- Strong understanding of contract law and negotiation tactics.
- Preference for Indian nationals with fluency in English.
