Waiter/Waitress

We are currently seeking a friendly and customer service-oriented Waiter/Waitress to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate should have previous experience in the food and beverage industry, specifically in a waiter/waitress role. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring that all guests have an enjoyable dining experience.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner
- Take accurate food and drink orders from guests
- Serve food and beverages to guests according to established standards
- Ensure that all guest requests are promptly addressed
- Monitor guest satisfaction and respond to any concerns or complaints
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, chairs, and dining area
- Assist with setting up tables and restocking supplies as needed

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (12 pass jobs)
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English (English-speaking jobs)
- Customer service-oriented with a positive attitude
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Preferred:
-African nationality is preferred but not required
