Legal Adviser for Indian Nationals in El-Fujairah, UAE

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Legal Adviser to provide expert legal counsel to our Indian clients in El-Fujairah, UAE. As a Legal Adviser, you will be responsible for interpreting laws, regulations, and policies relevant to our clients' business operations in the UAE. You will also be required to review and draft legal documents, provide legal advice and recommendations, and represent our clients in court proceedings if necessary.

To excel in this role, you must have a strong understanding of Indian laws and regulations as well as UAE laws related to business operations. You should also possess excellent analytical and communication skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure and handle multiple cases simultaneously.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Law or relevant field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Legal Adviser or practicing lawyer
- In-depth knowledge of Indian laws and regulations
- Familiarity with UAE legal system and business environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
- Fluency in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus)

Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice and recommendations to Indian clients regarding their business operations in the UAE
- Interpret laws, regulations, and policies relevant to our clients' business activities
- Review and draft legal documents such as contracts, agreements, and policies
- Represent clients in court proceedings when necessary
- Conduct legal research on various topics related to our clients' businesses
- Keep up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations that may affect our clients' operations
- Collaborate with other departments within the company to ensure compliance with legal requirements
- Handle any other tasks assigned by senior management
