Head of Radio Station - Malayalee
We are seeking a highly experienced and driven individual to join our team as the Head of Radio Station in El-Fujairah, UAE. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the radio station, including programming, talent management, and operations. As a Malayalee, you will have a deep understanding of the culture and preferences of our target audience.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans for the radio station to increase listenership and revenue
- Manage and mentor on-air talent to ensure high-quality programming
- Oversee scheduling and content selection for all shows
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop creative campaigns that attract advertisers
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and make recommendations for improvements to stay competitive in the market
- Manage budget and resources effectively

Requirements:
- Fluent in Malayalam (preferred but not required)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in radio broadcasting or related field
- Strong leadership skills with proven ability to motivate and manage a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in developing successful radio programs or campaigns preferred
- Must be eligible for visa sponsorship in UAE
