Support Manager (English Speaking)
Our growing company is seeking a dynamic and experienced Support Manager to join our team in Dibba-El-Fujairah, UAE. As a Support Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our diverse clientele.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee a team of support staff to ensure efficient and effective customer service delivery
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas of improvement
- Train and mentor support staff on best practices for handling customer inquiries and concerns
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and provide regular reports to upper management
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role
- Fluency in English is mandatory, proficiency in other languages is a plus
- Experience working with biometric passports is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership abilities with experience managing a team
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
