Secretary for a Dibba-El-Fujairah based Company (Preference for Malayalee Candidates)
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Secretary to join our team in Dibba-El-Fujairah, UAE. The ideal candidate will be a Malayalee with excellent communication skills in Malayalam and English. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start their career in the UAE.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the team and ensure smooth operations
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as needed
- Maintain office supplies and equipment, order new supplies when necessary
- Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, and documents
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for team members
- Greet clients and visitors with a warm and professional demeanor
- Maintain records of expenses, invoices, and other relevant documents
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus
- Proven work experience as a Secretary or Administrative assistant
- Fluent in Malayalam and English (writing and speaking)
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Strong communication skills with a professional attitude
