We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Advertising Manager to join our team in Dibba-El-Fujairah, UAE. As the Advertising Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our advertising campaigns and strategies to effectively promote our brand and products in the market.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement advertising plans that align with company goals and budget
- Conduct market research to identify target audience and consumer trends
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop impactful ad campaigns
- Negotiate contracts with media outlets for ad placements
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly
- Manage advertising budget and ensure cost-effective solutions are implemented
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulations related to advertising
- Train and supervise advertising team members

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in advertising management
- Strong understanding of various advertising platforms such as TV, radio, print, digital, etc.
- Proven track record of successful ad campaigns
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to think creatively and strategically
- Proficient in data analysis
- Knowledge of UAE market preferred
