Legal Adviser (Contract) for Biometric Passport Project in Abu Dhabi, UAE

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Legal Adviser to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. As the Legal Adviser for our Biometric Passport Project, you will be responsible for providing expert legal advice and guidance on all matters related to the project.

Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze all legal contracts and agreements related to the biometric passport project.
- Provide legal guidance and support to project team members regarding contract terms and conditions, potential risks, and compliance with applicable laws.
- Conduct research on relevant laws and regulations pertaining to biometric passports.
- Advise on any potential legal issues that may arise during the course of the project.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure timely delivery of project milestones in accordance with contractual obligations.
- Prepare legal documents such as contracts, agreements, and other legal correspondence as needed.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Legal Adviser or similar role in the UAE.
- In-depth knowledge of UAE laws, regulations, and procedures related to biometric passports.
- Proven experience reviewing and negotiating contracts.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex legal concepts in simple terms.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.

This is a contract position open to Pakistani nationals who have experience working in the UAE. Fluency in English is not required but would be an advantage.
