Gardener - Malayalee (Abu Dhabi, UAE)


Our company is seeking a skilled and experienced Gardener who is fluent in Malayalam and can work in Abu Dhabi, UAE. As a Gardener, you will be responsible for maintaining the gardens and outdoor spaces of our clients' properties. We are specifically looking for a Malayalee candidate as we have a large number of clients from Kerala who prefer to communicate in their native language.

Responsibilities:
- Plant and maintain flowers, shrubs, trees, and other plants according to the client's preferences
- Ensure that all plants are properly watered, fertilized, and pruned
- Monitor plant health and identify any pests or diseases, taking appropriate measures to address them
- Keep the garden clean and free of debris by regularly mowing lawns, raking leaves, and removing weeds
- Install and maintain irrigation systems to ensure proper watering of plants
- Collaborate with other team members to design new garden layouts or make changes to existing ones
- Communicate with clients in Malayalam to understand their specific requirements and provide regular updates on garden maintenance

Requirements:
- Fluency in Malayalam is essential
- Proven experience as a Gardener with knowledge of gardening techniques, tools, and equipment
- Good physical stamina and ability to work outdoors under various weather conditions
- Knowledge of different types of plants suitable for the Abu Dhabi climate
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients in their preferred language
- Basic understanding of irrigation systems is preferred but not required
