IT Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Indian IT Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall technology strategy and operations of our company. Your role will involve managing a team of IT professionals, maintaining and upgrading systems and networks, and ensuring the security and efficiency of our technology infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement technology strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives
- Manage a team of IT professionals, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Oversee the maintenance, troubleshooting, and upgrading of systems and networks
- Ensure the security of our technology infrastructure by implementing appropriate protocols and measures
- Keep up-to-date with industry advancements and make recommendations for new technologies or systems that can improve our operations
- Work closely with other departments to understand their technology needs and provide solutions to improve their processes
- Develop and manage the IT budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions are implemented

Requirements:
- Must be Indian or have experience working in India
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
- Proven experience as an IT Manager or similar role in a corporate environment
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Knowledge of network administration, cybersecurity principles, software development processes, data management principles
- Experience managing a team of IT professionals
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor team members
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to relocate to Riyadh if not already based there
