We are seeking a talented and experienced Art Director to join our creative agency in Medina, Saudi Arabia. As an Art Director, you will be responsible for leading and managing the artistic direction of various projects, ensuring that they align with the overall vision and brand identity of our agency.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and present creative concepts and ideas to clients
- Manage and lead a team of designers, artists, and other creative professionals
- Collaborate with copywriters, marketing strategists, and other team members to create cohesive campaigns
- Oversee the production process to ensure quality and timely delivery of projects
- Provide guidance and feedback to designers on their work
- Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and technologies to bring fresh ideas to the table
- Maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and expectations

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as an Art Director or in a similar role
- Strong portfolio showcasing your creative skills in various mediums such as print, digital, video, etc.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite
- Knowledge of current design trends and techniques
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Experience in managing a team is preferred but not required
