Night Auditor

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Night Auditor. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for overseeing the hotel's financial operations during the overnight shift. This role is based in Doha, Qatar and is open to candidates of Pakistani or African nationality.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct nightly audits of the hotel's financial transactions, including room revenue, cash and credit card payments, and other charges.
- Prepare daily reports for management summarizing the previous day's financial activities.
- Assist with guest check-ins and check-outs during the overnight shift.
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during the night.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate billing and proper handling of guest accounts.
- Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions and follow proper cash handling procedures.

Requirements:
- Prior experience in an accounting or finance role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with guests in a professional manner.
- Proficient in using computer software programs such as Microsoft Excel and accounting systems.
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts.
