Hotel Manager - Indian Nationals (Contract)


Our luxury hotel in Doha, Qatar is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Indian national to join our team as a Hotel Manager on a contract basis. As the Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the hotel and ensuring that all guests have a memorable and enjoyable stay.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise all departments, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance.
- Monitor hotel performance and make strategic decisions to improve guest satisfaction and increase revenue.
- Hire, train, and develop staff members to provide exceptional service to our guests.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and customer service.
- Handle guest complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop marketing strategies to attract new business.
- Create budgets and monitor expenses to ensure profitability.

Requirements:
- Must be an Indian national with fluency in English.
- Previous experience in hotel management is preferred but not required.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work on a contract basis with accommodation provided.
