Job Title: Art Director

We are seeking a creative and experienced Art Director to join our team in Ar-Ruwais, Qatar. As an Art Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the visual direction and design of various projects, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of creativity and quality. This position is open to all nationalities, with free visa and ticket provided.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement creative concepts for various projects, including advertising campaigns, branding initiatives, and digital media
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that the visual elements align with the overall project goals
- Provide guidance and feedback to designers and other team members
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and techniques to continuously improve the quality of work produced
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget
- Attend client meetings and presentations to effectively communicate design concepts

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Art Director or similar role in a creative agency or in-house marketing team
- Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects across different mediums (print, digital, etc.)
- Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic language skills is a plus)
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
