Administrative Director (Malayalee)
We are seeking an efficient and skilled Administrative Director to join our team in Al-Wakra, Qatar. As an Administrative Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and administrative tasks of our organization. This is a contract position with visa sponsorship available.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise administrative staff, ensuring efficient and effective operation of the office.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve administrative processes.
- Maintain accurate records, including financial documents, personnel files, and other important documents.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and collaboration within the organization.
- Monitor budget and expenses, making recommendations for cost-saving measures when necessary.
- Provide support to senior management in decision-making processes by providing relevant data and analysis.
Requirements:
- Must be Malayalee with fluency in English.
- Prior experience working as an Administrative Director or in a similar role preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Proactive problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Knowledge of financial management principles.
- Valid work visa or eligibility for visa sponsorship.
