Housekeeping Manager vacancy in Al-Rayyan Qatar

Housekeeping Manager (Indian Preferred)
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Housekeeping Manager to oversee our housekeeping staff in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As the Housekeeping Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities, ensuring that all rooms and common areas are kept tidy and presentable at all times.
Responsibilities include managing the housekeeping team, creating work schedules, ordering supplies, and conducting regular inspections to ensure high standards of cleanliness are met. You will also be responsible for training new staff members and providing ongoing training for current employees to maintain quality standards.
The ideal candidate should have previous experience in housekeeping management, strong leadership skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse team. Fluency in English is preferred but not required. The ability to speak Hindi or other Indian languages is a plus.
