Hotel Maintenance Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Hotel Maintenance Engineer to join our team in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As a Hotel Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining the hotel's mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to ensure their efficient operation and compliance with safety standards.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular inspections of all hotel equipment and facilities to identify any maintenance needs
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as changing filters, lubricating machinery, and replacing faulty parts
- Troubleshoot and repair any issues with mechanical, electrical, or plumbing systems in a timely manner
- Monitor energy consumption and implement measures to improve energy efficiency
- Coordinate with external contractors for major repairs or installations
- Keep accurate records of all maintenance activities
- Train and supervise junior maintenance staff

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel maintenance or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proven leadership abilities
- Indian nationality preferred
