UI Designer

We are looking for a talented and creative UI Designer to join our team in Al-Khor, Qatar. As a UI Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for our digital products. Your role will involve collaborating with the development team to understand project requirements, conducting user research, and implementing design solutions that meet user needs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the development team to understand project goals and requirements
- Conduct user research to understand user needs and preferences
- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for digital products
- Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces that enhance the overall user experience
- Ensure design consistency across all digital platforms
- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback from users to continuously improve designs
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UI design

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a UI Designer or similar role
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or Figma
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous UI design projects
- Excellent visual design skills with an eye for detail
- Ability to conduct user research and incorporate feedback into designs
- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Time-management skills and ability to work under tight deadlines
