Job Title: Speech Therapist (Indian/Malayalee)

We are seeking a qualified Speech Therapist to join our team in Al-Khor, Qatar. As a Speech Therapist, you will work with individuals who have speech and language disorders, helping them to improve their communication skills and overall quality of life. This position is open to Indian or Malayalee candidates, and no English language proficiency is required.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine clients' speech and language needs
- Develop personalized treatment plans based on individual goals and needs
- Provide therapy sessions to individuals or groups using various techniques and strategies
- Monitor progress and make adjustments to treatment plans as needed
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as doctors and educators, to ensure comprehensive care for clients
- Educate clients and their families on techniques for improving communication skills at home

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
- Valid license or certification as a Speech Therapist
- Fluency in English is not required; proficiency in Indian/Malayalam languages preferred
- Prior experience working with individuals with speech and language disorders preferred
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to adapt treatment plans for individuals with varying levels of English proficiency
