Contract Merchandiser (Indian Nationals Only)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Merchandiser to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. As a Contract Merchandiser, you will be responsible for the planning, organizing, and implementation of merchandising strategies for our products. This is a contract position with no accommodation provided.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement merchandising plans to achieve sales targets
- Monitor product performance and make necessary adjustments to maximize sales
- Ensure timely delivery of products and maintain inventory levels
- Collaborate with vendors to negotiate pricing and manage product assortment
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer preferences
- Create attractive displays in stores to increase product visibility and drive sales
- Communicate with store managers to ensure proper execution of merchandising plans
- Provide feedback on product performance, customer feedback, and market trends

Requirements:
- Must be an Indian national currently residing in Sharjah or willing to relocate on own expense
- Fluency in English is mandatory for effective communication with team members and vendors
- Proven experience as a Merchandiser or similar role in the retail industry
- Strong knowledge of market trends, product assortment strategies, and visual merchandising techniques
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
