Entry-Level Merchandiser


We are currently seeking an Entry-Level Merchandiser to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. As an Entry-Level Merchandiser, you will be responsible for assisting in the planning and execution of merchandising strategies to drive sales and increase brand awareness. This position is ideal for a fresh graduate or someone looking to start their career in merchandising.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and implementing merchandising plans for various products
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of merchandise
- Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for restocking or discontinuing products
- Conduct market research and analyze sales trends to identify opportunities for growth
- Work closely with vendors to negotiate pricing and ensure timely delivery of products
- Prepare visual merchandising displays to attract customers and showcase products
- Monitor competitor activity and make recommendations for pricing and promotions
- Assist in organizing promotional events and product launches

Requirements:
- No prior experience required, freshers are welcome to apply
- Must be fluent in Hindi or any other Indian language
- Ability to work full time, including weekends if needed
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Must be willing to live in provided accommodation (optional)
