Waiter (English Speaking)

A well-established restaurant in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia is looking for a professional and experienced Indian Waiter who is fluent in English to join our team. As a Waiter, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service by taking orders and serving food and beverages to our guests. Your main duties will include greeting and seating customers, explaining menu items, taking orders, delivering food and drinks, and ensuring the overall satisfaction of our guests.

Requirements:
- Must be of Indian nationality
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a waiter in a fast-paced restaurant setting
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers with a friendly and welcoming attitude
- Seat guests at their tables and provide menus
- Explain menu items and make recommendations if needed
- Take accurate food and beverage orders from customers
- Deliver food and drinks in a timely manner
- Check on customers throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction
- Clear tables after customers have finished dining
- Process payments using the POS system
- Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures
