We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing all aspects of our company's logistics operations, ensuring timely delivery of goods and materials to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and shipping companies to ensure timely delivery of goods and materials.
- Monitor inventory levels and track shipments.
- Prepare documentation for import/export processes.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and customs procedures.
- Negotiate rates with suppliers and carriers to achieve cost-effective solutions.
- Communicate with clients regarding shipment status and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Manage the storage and distribution of goods in our warehouse facility.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics coordination or a similar role.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus).
- Knowledge of import/export procedures and local regulations.
- Ability to negotiate effectively with suppliers and carriers.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Must be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred:
- Indian nationality preferred but not required.
- Previous experience working in the UAE logistics industry is an advantage.
