Moderator - Ras-al-Khaimah, UAE

We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Moderator to join our team in Ras-al-Khaimah, UAE. As a Moderator, you will be responsible for facilitating discussions and ensuring they are conducted in a respectful and productive manner. This position is open to Pakistani nationals who have strong communication skills and knowledge of the local culture.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor online discussions and forums to ensure they adhere to our community guidelines
- Engage with users in a professional and respectful manner
- Resolve any conflicts or issues that may arise during discussions
- Collaborate with other moderators to maintain a positive and inclusive community
- Stay updated on current events and trends in the community to effectively moderate discussions

Requirements:
- Pakistani nationality preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Knowledge of the local culture and customs in Ras-al-Khaimah, UAE
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle conflicts effectively
- Previous experience as a moderator or in a similar role is an asset
