Logistics Coordinator for African Contract Workers in Jabal-Ali, UAE


We are seeking a Logistics Coordinator to support our team of African contract workers in Jabal-Ali, UAE. As a logistics coordinator, you will be responsible for organizing and coordinating the movement of goods and people to ensure timely delivery and efficient operations.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate shipments of goods and supplies to and from Jabal-Ali for our African contract workers.
- Ensure all necessary paperwork and documentation is in order for customs clearance.
- Arrange transportation, including flights and ground transportation, for our workers.
- Monitor shipment schedules and communicate any delays or issues to relevant parties.
- Maintain accurate records of all shipments and transactions.
- Work closely with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth logistics operations.
- Provide support with visa applications and other travel-related documents for our workers.
- Assist with onboarding processes for new contract workers.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a logistics coordinator or similar role.
- Familiarity with import/export regulations, customs procedures, and freight forwarding.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience working with logistics software is preferred.
- Biometric passport is required for this position.
